By accessing or using the RosaEscort.ch website ("the Site", "the Platform") you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept one or more points, please do not use the service.

The Site is intended exclusively for adults (18 years or older, according to Swiss legislation). On your first visit you are asked to confirm your age through the dedicated verification; by confirming you declare that you are of legal age and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Platform publishes content intended for an adult audience. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that access takes place in a context compliant with the applicable legislation.

RosaEscort.ch is a listing and directory platform that offers advertising space to independent advertisers (escorts, trans, masseuses and agencies). The Platform acts solely as a publishing vehicle and does not participate in, organise, mediate or profit from any meeting or service between users and advertisers.

The information, prices, descriptions, images and videos shown in the profiles and stories are provided directly by the advertisers. The Platform does not verify their authenticity nor guarantee their accuracy, and declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies or for the relationships between users and advertisers.

Registration is reserved for adults. You can register with email and password (verified with an OTP code) or via Google. Upon registration you undertake to provide real and correct data.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for every activity carried out with your account. One account per user is allowed; transferring or sharing credentials is not permitted.

On your first login after registration you are asked to choose the account type between "Independent Escort" (one profile only) and "Escort Agency" (up to 50 profiles). Platform administrators manage moderation functions and are not subject to this choice.

Advertisers are responsible for the content of the ads they publish, including texts, images, videos, rates, contact details and any other data entered. It is forbidden to publish unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights (including copyright and image rights) or content that does not correspond to the truth.

It is likewise forbidden to enter third parties' data without consent, content promoting illegal activities or any material contrary to Swiss law. The Platform reserves the right to remove, suspend or modify ads deemed non-compliant, without prior notice and without obligation to state a reason.

The advertiser can upload a main photo, an image gallery and short videos ("stories") visible for 24 hours. Multimedia content must comply with the same rules indicated above.

Ad publishing is based on time-limited paid plans, purchasable directly from the reserved area. The number of profiles you can create depends on the account type (1 for Independent Escort, up to 50 for Escort Agency); the publishing duration of each ad depends on the plan purchased.

Payments are processed by SumUp, a certified external provider. RosaEscort.ch does not store or directly handle payment card data, which remains exclusively with the provider.

The purchased plan has a duration in days indicated at the time of purchase. The ad is published and visible only for the active period. Once the period ends, the ad returns to the unpublished state unless renewed; the profile remains saved in the advertiser's reserved area.

In addition to the publishing plan, the advertiser can purchase the "ELITE" option, a time-limited service that highlights the ad by placing it at the top of search results and in the recommended sections of the area. The ELITE option has a duration indicated at the time of purchase; once it expires, the ad returns to its ordinary position.

The Platform allows publishing video stories lasting a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are automatically removed. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the stories and declares they hold the necessary rights to publish them.

The Platform allows registered visitors to leave reviews on the profiles, consisting of a rating and a text. The author of the review is responsible for its content, which must not be defamatory, false or harmful to others' rights. The Platform reserves the right to remove non-compliant reviews, after a report or internal verification.

Registered users can save profiles among their favourites to consult them later in the reserved area. This function is purely technical and does not involve any communication of the saving to the advertiser.

To respect advertisers' choices, profiles can be hidden in certain countries through the geo-blocking feature. The Platform detects the visitor's country of origin solely to apply these restrictions and not for profiling purposes.

The Platform records, for internal and service purposes, the number of profile views and clicks on contact details (phone and WhatsApp). This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

The Platform does not exercise prior control over the content entered. It declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, from interaction with advertisers or from the accuracy of the published information.

The user uses the Site at their own risk and takes the necessary precautions when communicating with advertisers and meeting them.

The service consists of time-limited ad publishing. As a digital service provided in full at the time of activation, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Art. 59 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and the applicable consumer protection provisions.

Trademarks, logo, graphics and structure of the Site are owned by RosaEscort.ch. The content of the ads (texts, images, videos) remains the property of the respective advertisers, who guarantee they hold the related rights.

To report unlawful content, rights violations or non-compliant profiles you can use the Contact page or write to info@rosaescort.ch, entering "Report" in the subject. The Platform reserves the right to assess and act on the reports received.

The Platform may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The Court of Lugano has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
